Johan 63XX-F is a kind of double-sided waterproof foam tape, which is made of high-performance PE foam as a reinforced carrier and high-performance acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. This tape has high bonding performance for specific surfaces and excellent gap-filling function to meet the requirement of shock-absorption in designed areas.

Operation temperature

-20 to 100℃ for long term and performance may becompromised for excessive high or low temperature.
Storage condition: placed in the warehouse with temperature between 20-28℃ and humidity between 40-65% in original package.Follow the first-in-first-out rule.

Application condition

applied with suggested mechanical pressure at 0.1-0.5MPa, time for 5 seconds and temperature at 10~40℃.
Heating may improve activation of adhesive with a range of 38~60℃ and the adhesive needs up to 24~72hrs to reach stable adhesion values. The bonding surfaces should be very clean before applying this products.
Shelf life: 6 months after shipment date or one year after application, whichever is the longer.
